Indoors 

The house is spread over 3 floors, the ground floor has an imposing entrance, an office, a spacious living room of 100 square meters with fireplace, a TV room, a dining room separated from the kitchen and the service area. On the same floor there is also a bedroom with en suite bathroom.

On the first floor is the master suite, consisting of two bedrooms, a living room, a dressing room and two bathrooms, with direct access to the central garden terrace, with stunning views. On the same floor, there is also another bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

Finally, on the lower floor, there are the rest of the bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and the SPA. It consists of a large 12-metre indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, Turkish bath and contrast showers, gym, and a floating tank to avoid jet lag.


Outdoors​ 

The villa has beautiful gardens, a helipad, a large 14-metre outdoor pool with sea views, large terraces, an outdoor Jacuzzi.


Staff & Services

The rental of the villa includes daily breakfast (in summer only), service and maintenance of the garden and swimming pools. The rest of the year breakfast is not included in the rental price, but this service can be added (20€/adult/day and 18€/child/day). The cost of using the SPA is also included. The staff must be informed 30 minutes before the use of the SPA so that it can be prepared.

A concierge service can be provided on request and at an additional cost. 


Location

The manor is located near the town of Alcudia, its restaurants and shops. But it is also not so far from the nearby beaches.
